Service and shipping costs
You pay a small flat-rate shipping fee per order and delivery address.
The exact shipping costs for your desired type of delivery can be found in the menu items below.
All delivery costs and delivery surcharges apply only once per order and per delivery address, regardless of the number of items ordered.
- Standard delivery by parcel service via DHL to Germany (except islands): 6.90 EUR
- Cash on delivery surcharge: EUR 6 per order
- Forwarding delivery for ceramics, radiators, shower partitions and articles over 30 kg
to Germany (except islands): EUR 39.00
- We deliver free of charge for orders of EUR 2000 or more
to Germany (except islands)
- Standard delivery by parcel service to EU countries: 20.00 EUR, except Finland, Sweden
- Standard delivery by parcel service to Finland, Sweden: 31.-- EUR
- Standard delivery by parcel service to Switzerland: 25.00 EUR
Shipping costs for all other countries on request.
